The bar will stay solid when kept at room temperature or lower. It can be used anywhere on the body. When applied to skin, body heat will slightly melt the bar.
You can apply the bar directy on to your skin or rub the bar between your hands and then apply the lotion on to your skin.
Safe to use on face and lips.
